We went to Alabama for summer vacation. We like doing the proverbial roadtrip, and we like to take back roads off the beaten path. One day we were travelling on I-20 and decided to go an alternate route through Lincoln, Alabama. We saw what looked like a big factory..and lo and behold...you guessed it...it turned out to be the Honda factory that builds the Pilot and Odyssey. We found it purely by chance. The factory does tours but is now closed as it retools for the next generation Pilot.
Scout says that she prefers the Pilot to the S2000 because she has more room to move around. A lot of decisions are made in my house which revolve around what Scout wants!
Scottie's Rule!
By the way some of the best road biking is in north-western Alabama around the Tennessee River valley...mostly two laned roads that are sparsely travelled..lots of corn fields and a few nice climbs. In north-eastern Alabama the biking is really great...with some tougher climbs and trickier descents. I hope to get to do more of that next time!
