Default vtec doesnt fckn work...




Oil level is fine, car is at 3 bars... i have no idea why it isnt engaging... any other ideas?

With the rash of S's going down better have it checked out.

Could be your VFAC be a problem?

I took out the VAFC 3 weeks ago and sold it.. I washed the car, then got a little spirited and noticed it doesnt kick it.. Im gonna try to clean the solenoid now..

See if your is leaking like his was.

I still had VTEC even with the leak. When you take the VTEC controller off, take the top piece off of it and try to push the button in. If it won't move, that's probably your problem.

It may also be a valve thing or maybe were you spliced the wire for the VAFC

No idea.. i took off the solenoid and cleaned it out and put it back on, reset the ECU and it worked
