so for all of you at the sonic meet last week, i was crying that i had to drive my sol up back up to Pa and leave it there. This is the wagon that i am now rockin to move all my stuff in:
and yes those are actually wheels, not hubcaps.
list of amazing features:
-cruise control that drifts up to 10mph depending on grade
-power locks that require manual confirmation that they actually locked
-roof rack in case i want to haul that couch someone put on the side of the road
-did i mention those are actually wheels?
yes unfortunately i have to go back. i love the weather and beaches here but i just dont make enough money. i have a great opportunity lined up in car sales back home and i should be able to finally afford an S. so i cant pass it up
who knows i might be back someday...
and thanks for the props on the cav hahaha. its clean as hell, i paid 500 for it off an elderly lady.
you gotta love 'beaters' ... and for $500 i'd say you stole it (not that anyone ever would. jk )
here's mine ...
it does exactly what i want it to do ... cranks up, drives great, drags my turbo Honda to the water, takes me to a secret fishing hole, and never begs to be washed.
good luck up there ... feel free to come back and visit with either the del Sol or an S2000.

that ZuZu is awesome. i'll have to get a 4wd beater when i get back to PA. no way im driving an S in the salt and snow.
i love it too ... and i got it pretty cheap also. But, it has every option except cruise control (even heated mirrors).
The motor was replaced already as well (before i got it) and i just put a new clutch in it (THAT was expensive ... almost as much as an S2000).
But, its not as pretty as your Cav though. It looks like it was rolled because i can see a decent amount of bondo at the top corners and the fenders. Oh well ... it probably will happen again considering where i've been taking it lately!
you mean there is hills in FL where you can roll beaters? i had no idea haha.
man i would love to cut the springs!! but i need to haul all my shit back. the back end will be on the ground as it is, i cant imagine how low it would be if i cut the springs.
