The camera is hooked to a RC car servo, so I can pan left and right using a remote control

Take it up to The Dragon in Aug. That would get some fun footage. But, how do you drive and pan at the same time?

Edit: You need to find a way to make it pan backwards too.

Damn nothings good enough

Ummm...passenger perhaps, or a quick reach to the controller...didn't give that part much thought The problem with panning backwards is that I would need a servo with major sweep, and those are $$$. Anyway this is just a prototype..I'll tinker with it more and more when I have nothing better to do...like today.
