Funny, I thought people around here thought somewhat highly of him... I'm beginning to think I was wrong. Can anyone confirm the status of Rick at this point?

I think I was sold a bum product, and frankly at this point I want my money back. I still have his address...

Actions are being taken. He has not responded to my PMs and I think Willie Gee has not had any replies either. At the minimum he is suspended from selling anything else on this site until we get things worked out. I will get with the Gee man and see what else has transpired today. His ability to post here at all may be in jeopardy.

To everyone, I apologize for these inconveniences dealing with this guy. I assure those that are not from this area that his selling behavior is not indicative of the rest of the people in this area. We have a tight knit group that are all stand up people from what I have seen. Please do not let the action of one guy spoil your taste for doing future business with other people from this area.

It really sucks that I have to write something like this. The actions (or lack thereof) of one person can ruin an entire region. That is one of the reasons I am so angry about this.

It's a shame people cant do simple transactions like shipping something that is paid for or selling something on the up and up.

Sorry if I am drawing the wrong conclusions, Rick, but you are leaving us no choice by your inaction. I could PM you and tell you what I think about all this with a little more candor, but I feel you are being very disrespectful to the people you chose to do business with and now our community in general.

If you are reading this you should step up and clear ALL of these transactions up immediately.

I will apologize for him until he gets in here and does that for his damn self.

Not personally, but met him a few times in real life...

No excuses for this kind of non-communication to the CO's and the clients he has sold to. Tight on money or not, you should not sell a thing if it you have no plans to ship it or you know it does not work or....., or a myriad of other stories I have read and heard from people.

This is juvenile behavior I expect from a 15 year old selling Gundam Wing models on EBAY, not adult, upstanding behavior that is expected on this forum.

Everytime I have talked to Rick about these problems in the past there is always an excuse. Just fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, send the money back, get your product back, give full disclosures when you sell, say what you mean and mean what you say, etc etc etc.

You cant have cataclysmic events EVERY time you try to sell or ship something. Things cant break EVERY time you ship them. Boxes dont get lost or stolen in the mail EVERY time you ship something......It is all just immpossible...or Rick is the most unlucky person to ever draw a breath on this planet.

What is more likely, a buch of random people on this board and other boards are out to screw Rick or Rick has made some serious boo boo's???

Tomorrow I'm having the post office track the money order I sent him & I'm sending him a certified letter stating that he needs to either return my payment or send me the product asap.

 

This is BS. Tottally avoiding us...but not his MySpace so much. He was logged in this weekend.
