Also, i need a friction plate for an exedy clutch set up TODAY, where can i find one...

As for the GM Synchromesh, you can get it any GM car dealer or you can buy the Pennzoil Synchromesh at Auto Zone, it is the same thing you will need two quarts.
As for the friction plate, check with Jeff AKA Jcarlton he has a Spec pressure plate that has been cryo treated and has lo miles. The Spec plate will work fine with the Exedy set up.
The clutch disk it's self or as some people reefer to as a friction plate. If you need just the disk you can use an OEM, it will work very well with the Exedy pressure plate and light flywheel You will have greater drivability and it will still grip about 70% better than stock You can get the disk from Honda, or maybe Auto Zone or maybe Todd at 2NRX may have one as well.
