Just picked up some new rubber (Bridgestone RE050A Pole Positions) from Tire Rack and wondering if anyone knows a good tire shop around the Clearwater area (or even Tampa) to get the tires installed. I know Tire Rack has a search function for recommended tire shops, but I would like some opinions from the Florida s2ki crowd. Appreciate the help .

 

Southern Tire - South Tampa on Mac Dill. Only tire shop I trust. Small, family owned, service is the name.

 

I have mine put on by Performance Tire (I think that's what they are called) near Z fever, unless they moved (they were talking about moving). They balanced em right and didn't cause any damage to the volks.

I'll try the southern tire place though if they are good/careful.

 

Yep, they moved to Linebaugh and Gunn.

No problem at all sml_s2000. I appreciate the help guys, I gave Mike a call over at Advanced Performance Tires and he seemd like a good guy (prices were cheap too). Hopefully I will be getting them installed by tomorrow (just gotta wait for UPS to deliver them to me).
