Jacksonville is a big ass city. Why arern't there more casual meets during the week like other cities? What happened to us? Are we all over worked? I finally get divorced after 9yrs of watching all the fun go down without me and it ceases. I think my x wife is behind this.

 

Just some thoughts other than trying to do weekly or whatever meets.

You're going to snag a brew for Happy Hour? Post, maybe some will come.

You and a few are going to see a movie on Saturday? Post, maybe some will come.

You're thinking of going to a Suns game or whatever? Post, maybe some will come.


You're going to be working all day on detailing the S or doing some mod? Post, maybe some will come.


You get the picture. That's what we used to do. Hey, I'm getting ready to do a 30k service on the S, anybody interested in helping out? Next thing you know you have about 5-6 S2000s in your driveway up on stands with a bunch of guys draining this, changing that, replacing a filter, etc. Like an assembly line or something. Everybody chips in for some pizza and you just had a meet!
