Who would be interested in a track day?
I'm am in for this. The track at Gainesville is the perfect environment for a closed track event for us. We need to talk this up when it is just a tad cooler so that we can do some tents and BBQ on site.
Three sets of drivers are the perfect assignment. One set drives, one works the track, one sits out and drools. 21 cars is the goal. Invite all the onlookers so that they will sign up next time.

It's worth another $150 just to see Blacknot create the largest dirt wave I have ever seen.
Someone post that video
Seriously though. When we went a few years ago, I was burnt out by the last run. 12-15 sessions doesn't sound like long but you really get the cars hot and wear yourself out pretty quick. I am in if we do it.

This is a great venue ... and zacksdad is right ... regardless of the date, having a tent set up and a grill would be AWESOME!
I would even volunteer to not race and bring my camp set-up in my truck for you guys because this is always an issue when we're there. To take a break from the racing to kick back and laugh about stuff (*cough*RON!!*cough*
) would be a good time.
It may be good value to let the drivers and the cars take break to get inspired to run the whole day. Trust me ... it is a challenge.
