Wii post
Yeah, it truly is an addiction when the first website I go to is s2ki.
The controller works pretty well for surfing the web. You don't have to wave the remove to access web pages, you just press a couple of buttons, pretty simple in design. And as someone posted, 480i on a 42 inch isn't perfect for reading text. The browser has a zoom feature, which is handy. Youtube does work very well though.
Hey, Dave, been a long time.

I got web browsing from a game console out of my system back in the Sega Dreamcast days.
I still want a Wii. But only because the PS3 has no exclusive games that are absolutely must-haves in my opinion.

^^ from what i have heard, there is a new cooler running chipset ready for the 360. nobody seem to know why MS isn't using the new chipset. rumors are something could change in the summer. i plan to wait a little longer on the 360.
i am like many on here, i rushed to buy Xbox as soon as it came out, paid $399, IIRC within 4-5 months they dropped the price.
I bought the PSP @ $249, within 3 months $199....
I don't play enough to justify $700 PS3. i see myself buying a 360 sometime later this year. i want to play Gears of War, it looks wicked. A Wii would be fun for parties.

1. I don't have a HD TV. I'm waiting for the next DLP price drop.
2. The game is basically a polished AND cut-down version of GT4. I've always been in the minority that gameplay is more important than graphics. Fancy visuals are great, but if it doesn't add anything new, it isn't worth the investment.
3. To get the full experience of the game, you have to spend extra money to buy tracks and cars via the PS3 online store.
