Default Windshield Damage

Anyone have any experiences (good or bad) with windshield repair/replacement. I picked up a little spider this morning on the way to work a need a lead to a kick oss service for repair this week.

OEM replacement glass only. I am not sure who does it best but demand factory replacement

I don't know where you can go for the best service but it definitely pays to find a quality installer. Check out this link

Like many, I was unaware of the consequences of a improperly installed windshields. I am shocked to see how some vehicles airbag system coincide with the windshields placement.

Man I just got an education from that ABC report - Thanks ZeroPsi. This will be very helpfull when I contact my insurance company.

I got a recomendation of Glass Doctor from a co-worker that is anal as hell about his vehicles.

any shop can get OEM glass you just have to demand it. look at your existing glass, and demand the same manufacturer. it may not say Honda on it when it gets to you but if the OEM man. was say PPG then demand PPG.

On recommendation of eSurance* and NGA (National Class Association) I am going over to look at Safelite Auto Glass today. This is a national chain so the question is; anyone had any experience with them?
