i need some info on AP2 2006 wheels. i want something 1pc forged, light, few spokes, and easy to clean. my previous GTI was sponsored by BBS and i got tired of cleaning the multi spokes..... oh, and i want to stick with 17".

Volks are nice. my limited knowledge of Works is that they are heavy. maybe i'm wrong. also i looked at the TRmotorsports on Tirerack. they are a simple 5 spoke 1 pc forged, look very similar to the AP1 OEM wheel.

let me know if you have any ideas. TIA.

matt

umm light id say volk.. but theirs always the wait..

works are heavy to extent but i get em quicker and more choices thats why i like

if u want light id go volk. as far as tr motorsports idk their stuff.

i stick w/ the mainstream highend/midrange. since they offer numerous offset choices that make my fitments easier to work w
