Post Wow what a relief!

Just left Lucas Honda, and they will be installing a new soft top covered under warranty. The rip is in the usual place, passanger side. It has not worn through yet, but close. I called American Honda stated my problem and they called the dealer and told them I was on my way for them to look at it. When I arrived I was greated by the Service Manager (John), he inspected it and said no problem we will replace it no charge. I about fell over, I was prepared for a little resistance. This is going to easy, I fear something going wrong in this process. Has anyone had this experience? I have heard bad things about Lucas Honda but so far so good. I did buy the S at that location so maybe that has some pull? Anyways big relief.......

sounds like a standard warranty fix

less than 2 years and issues, seems like it should be fixed, gratis

props to the dealership for no hassle

When I had mine done, I had to pay for half but my car was nearly 6 years old already.

Make sure they replace the elastic straps and there is no wind noise at the latches.
