Enjoy these crow recipes, dining is soo much better with friends!

Pan Fried Crow

Ingredients
2 eggs
seasoned bread crumbs or flour
oil or bacon grease
Preparation
Remove breast meat from as many crows as desired. Beat with meat mallet (for tenderizing). Dip pieces in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs or flour. Fry in oil in hot skillet. Bacon grease can be substituted by can smoke. Leave inside a tad pink.

Crow Creole

Ingredients
2 medium onions
2 fresh chilies chopped
2 ribs celery
3 cloves garlic minced

 

BBQ at Gee"s house bring your own Crow lol

This is funny. Just when I was calling around to Publix to try and get fresh Crow. I realized it was Willie taking over a planet.

 

not that he had a good day. just that none of us did very well at all. althoug I finished second and bill finished first
