Instead of being able to time travel, you gain 10 hp.

it looks like a block off for that 'thingy' on/near the fuel rail.

The part Puddy made blocks off the Air Control Valve. It is part of the secondary pulsed air injection system. Since F/I cars disconnect this they don't need the valve.
