Default Zaino Products, Availability in Florida?

Hey Florida members,

What's the word on Zanio products for local conditions? Any commets? Are there local distributors or is the NJ site the only option?

I've been reading other posts in the Wash & Wax fourm and this product line is well received, almost unanimously by other memebers and it's got my intererest up.

Comments please:

Hey Al.

You have to purchase Zaino thru New Jersey. You can call (732)833-8800 or order online at www.zainobros.com

I can tell you this I have a black s2000 and its the best product I ever used......

I concur! Be sure to use the Z-6. It really makes a difference.

I agree, the Z6 makes a big difference after you use Z5 or z2.......makes the surface really smooth

You should really go to the zaino website to be informed.......Z6 is not the wax
its an after its like a finisher.......

OK here we go...

1. Use Z-7 to wash your car.

2. Use Z-1 as a conditioner.

3. Use Z-2 as the polish/wax on a new brand car. Use Z-5 for older cars. Z-5 is best to remove slight scratches and swirls.

4. Use Z-6 as a finishing spray.

The Z-12 Glass Cleaner is good too, especially if you Rainex afterwards. And the Z-16 Tire Gloss is awesome too.

The best analogy is to think of these products like hair products.

Z-7 is shampoo, Z-1 is conditioner, Z-2 is gel and Z-6 is hair spray.

Hope this helps.

Since my 2000 is black I was told by Zaino to use Z5 even though it was new. Like you said mav for slight scratches and swirls. For each coat the Z5 chemically fills in these swirls.

I also found the claybar to be really good prior to any polishing to make sure all bugs, tar, etc. are removed.
