I understand your frustration at the matter, but please don't make assumptions like this. Nick's decision to stop selling through Rick's was his own for matters that won't be dicussed here. Rick's did not stop selling ZTEC products due to anything other than Nick's decision to stop stocking his product with other companies.

 

yall, seriously, before anymore mud gets slung at anyone can we please get this settled?

is there not someone here who is close friends with nick that can call and let him know about this thread and maybe if he cant get to here to clear things up they can do it on his behalf?

am i the only one that thinks this looks so awful in our lineup?

i mean not only are people badmouthing other people for doing this that or the other, the person theyre badmouthing happens to be a CO...doesnt look good to outsiders you know?

Okay guys!!@!@!! I just talked to nick and he said he was on the westcoast on some business but parently he is coming back this tuesday and hopefully should have them at his front door. And will starting shipping them out

 

Hope fully this is true but thus far I have been told that it is shipping next when ever at least once before.

i have been told 3 seperate times that it would be shipped out in a week or two... still nothing.... i've been waiting close to 3 months now.... i think he needs to give a rebate to everyone he's "lied" to.....

 

Nick has been very hard to reach for a few months now. I'm not sure of exactly why. Maybe business, maybe personal, maybe family, maybe the old accident stuff. I have no clue and frankly it's none of my business.

What I DO know is that I have known Nick for about 4 years through s2ki, being COs (me several years ago), through past Super Meets, him attending our old FCS2k meets, and personally buying several items from him including CF/Kevlar pieces and an old X-brace. He's a top notch guy bar none.

I am certain that whatever the reason for his lack of responses to all of us it's not because he is avoiding anybody or trying to get away with anything. I for one was about ready to buy several items off the old S more than 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from him since. I'm not offended or worried about it but then again I know Nick and many of you don't. I'm not sure what to tell you but my bet is that he WILL not let you down and I bet has a perfectly logical answer for being MIA.

Sorry for the delays, Just for the record - anyone who has asked for a refund has recieved it - Did I miss anyone? Yes I am sorry and was out of town and If the manufacturer would keep their promise to me you would all be happy campers right now - My mistake was that I did not communicate to you all my efforts to get this company who makes them to fulfill their promise to me on a ship date, Once there in my hands it is a very quick turnaround - Instead of giving you guys excuses I was just relaying information given to me by the manufacturer.
I just kept hoping they would be ready for pick-up, Now they promise this week, I am stopping by tomorrow the shop and take them a printout of this thread and be a very unhappy camper, I am sorry if any of you felt ripped off - that is something I will never do. If you want to wait for an update please do, I expect them in my living room this week.

As for you feeling I should step down as a CO, that is in the works as it seems best at this point! I will "retire" as soon as this is all sorted!
