<50k miles
I had a problem with putting it in reverse. John aka, Composimo, aka,Panducky motorsports, and all round good guy, put a reverse shift fork in. I am sure John will verify
the condition of the trans is execellent. I am sure he will install it for a small fee if someone needed.

Trans is in great shape... I had it apart and put it all back together again to diagnose a shifting problem into reverse which was fixed by replacing a bent shift fork...

Unfortunately i won't be able to assist installing it anymore though, since i got rid of my lift... but its a good unit.

Did either one of you have it on your car, and if so, for how long?

This was the stock trans on my 03 s2000. At 49000 miles I started having a problem putting my car into reverse everything else was fine. John had Panducky motorsports at that time so i took the car to him to diagnos the problem with the trans. He found the reverse shift fork to be slightly bent. I have been told that can only happen from it popping out of gear the lash of which will bend the shift fork. Honda had no reverse shift forks in stock in the country. Not a common problem i guess. While i was waiting for shipment from Honda Japan. Ben, puddydaddy, sold me an ap2 trans which John installed. When the shift fork arrived it was installed and i have kept the trans as a spare wrapped in plastic in my garage since. So it has not been in a car since rebuild. I'll refund your $400 for the trans if the trans has ANY problems.
