I have an 01, interior is in great shape. Leather looks newer than that of an 01. Can send pics this evening, in Tampa. Carpets is in terrific shape, my car has 59K miles.. No tears or cracks in the leather, only issue I can see is the typical bolster sag on the out side of the d/s seat

 

Id just have to licate the leather ap2 consol and some reolacement tweeters for my door. Will my oem s2k headrest speakers fit an ap1 all the same?
