mek tek says only NV stocks them, shipping is over $100 from that warehouse. he's selling them for exactly the same price as TR (supposedly without the waiting time).

 

I've had them shipped from GA before without a problem. There is also the fact that they are $560 shipped from Discount Tire, as well as Discount Tire Direct. Therefore, AutoXSquid has a point in the Mek Tek is trying to sell them for for than they are worth NEW. There is also the problem that he isn't willing to ship, so you have to go get them from him.

Mek Tek had agreed to sell them to me for $560 on Wednesday, but backed out of the deal this morning, saying he was firm on the $630, or whatever it was he was asking before. He backed out of the deal after I dropped all my weekend plans and made arrangements to go get them. He is now no longer responding to my phone calls or PMs, despite him having read my PM over 4 hours ago, and him having responded to posts elseware on s2ki.
Technically, its supply and demand, I demand them, he has supply. However, its lame to back out of a deal that was already agreed upon.

 

My number is posted if you call betwwen 8-5 phone is always answered.
If you dont like the price. Move on.

Order them from whoever you want.

A man is only as good as his word. If you agreed to $560 earlier this week then you should honor it. It was your error misjudging demand not Viper.

You have now changed the price on me 3 or 4 times. Lets pretend I jump in my car tomorrow morning and drive down to West Palm fromm Orlando. I get down there, and now that you have me by the gentlman bits (because I have already wasted a saturday getting down there), you decide to raise the price yet again because you know it won't be worth my time to tell you no at this point.

As was said, a man is only as good as his word, and unfortunately, you have proven that yours is no good.

did the same thing to me aswell. guy is a character. Your better off using the reciept and sending it all back if you want it all refunded down to the penny
