Just purchased this exhaust a few weeks ago, got a hold of a mugen exhaust for a good deal so my loss is your gain.
Comes with all the mounting hardware, gaskets, bolts, clamps. Exhaust makes the s2k sound close to a 350z/g35 imo, you can get more info on it here:

Very popular good sounding exhaust with decent gains and the best part - there is no drone like most aftermarkets exhausts have - not to mention it looks very nice.
located in south florida (want to sell locally but I will ship on buyers expense)

Shipping: $500 + whatever I get quoted at FEDEX or UPS
Will ship in original box.
