I agree but you should see what they're still going for on ebay.

I'm appalled at the price these things are fetching. Especially since people are having to hack them and mod them to get the same features as something like a blackberry or treo, lol.

They are in high demand for people not with AT&T. You will not be able to sell the 3G without paying a hefty price.
