Like the title says, its the ETD or Engine Toruque damper from J's Racing. It's in used condition, with normal wear and tear flaws. I bought it used with the heatshield for about $220, you can go on evasivemotorsports.com and see they go for more than that. I'm looking to get $150 for the ETD & Heatshield together.
