Whats the condition of the hood? Is it clear coated?

I am really interested in this, I can't tell exactly what it looks like from the pics though. Is it a CF look or is it flat black??? Can't seem to get any better pics anywhere on the internet either.....

 

hood is CF

and it is most likely a gel coat rather than a standard paint type clear coat

gel coat is like what they do to boat hulls or other fibergalss applications

yes its the real deal, I have seen this hood in person it is in EXCELLENT CONDITION

yes it is real CF (not a design or look-like) on the outer shell and most likely a fiberglass backing on the underside (I have not seen this hood in person but most CF hoods have a backing of some kind)

 

This hood is a 1x1 weave and is CFRP which means it is Carbon on top Fiberglass on the bottom.
