Default PuddyMod Stage 2 4.56R

Hey Guys
I am finishing off a rear this week I have been building over the past few months between other jobs. The rear is a Stage 2 build with a set of polished and de burred 4.56 gears

A little info on what goes into a Stage 2 PuddyMod rear build....
The Stage 2 option starts out with all part of the diff being fully cryogenically thermo cycled, not just the gears.
A new finish is applied to the exterior so, the rear looks fresh and clean.
New bearings, seals, and hardware are used.
Upgraded 10.9 hardware is used in place of the stock grade 8
A custom fitted PuddyMod solid steel sleeve is used in place of the weak OEM crush sleeve.

The PuddyMod solid steel sleeve is made of 10/20 mandrel steel it is seamless and will not distort or compress. It is turned and machined by hand in several lathes until the proper size and fit is achieved. Each sleeve is made one at a time and is unique to it’s housing and gear set. We do not shim our sleeve, we custom fit it to your rear.

The full assembly is then precision balanced to run smoother, tighter, and cooler than stock.
The rear is built to hold up in performance N/A and boosted cars up to 350 horse power.

All rears I build come with pics and all information (build specs) of the rear sent to you via Email

I take trade in rears even if your rear is blown….I give $400 for a good rear return and $200 for a blown rear return.

Price for the Stage 2 PuddyMod 4.56 with the polished gear option is, retail $2,210
Discount priced at only $1,660

This is a new built rear with “0” miles on it

Very nice! How well will this rear hold in terms of launching at a track compared to the stock rear? I am assuming it could take more abuse but I just would like to know how much.

It will hold up very well to track time but, will not last to long if abused by driver error.
As long as you launch the car smoothly and not wheel bounce it, it will hold just fine.
