if you get it, you dont have to worry about switching keys, works with your current ones.
*Take it to honda.
*take out the old ECU and put the new one in.
*they flash it (or do their magic
)

I upgraded to a 03 ECU on my 01 and very easy and cheap mod.
*edit, I see that you have a F22? not sure about the 9k redline on a ap2 engine..but the key issue should be no prob
