Partial Greddy turbo kit (just the hot stuff)

This is basically a greddy kit minus things like the fuel management and intercooler, however there are a couple more parts included.
In the picture you can see the turbo with wastegate actuator in the center. To the right is the greddy turbo manifold, it is the later cast style. Below it and to the left you will see the downpipe. On top of the downpipe is the pipe that attaches to the output flange of the turbo for connecting intercooler piping. In the bag above there are the gaskets and bolts for the turbo as well as some oil fittings. Above the turbo you will see an oil feed line and an oil drain fitting. To the far right is the greddy intake pipe that usually fits to the turbo, but the flange for mounting it to the turbo has been cut off. I believe the previous owner was using the intake pipe on a GT30 turbo (hence the reason for removing the flange).

Is it priced too low? lol I can fix that haha
it's for sale because the car is being sold. I never actually got a chance to install it. I got a good deal on it and I'm just passing it along. Not really sure on the mileage, its probably 15k at most, probably less. Minimal side to side play (there's no oil in there right now lol) and no in and out (that's the real killer). I'm quite familiar with turbos, I have two other twin turbo vehicles in my stable, and this greddy turbo appears to be in good shape.

I didn't want to split it up, I mean who's going to buy just the downpipe? However, given that there is interest in the turbo, manifold, and piping separately I think I can work something out.
When the guy who wants just the turbo gets back to me I'll let you guys know.
