This is not my words. This was taken from a thread:

you will need to modify the piping going to the throttle body to accept the IAT sensor.
The injectors are different
the injector spacers are different
the emanage plug and play harness is different (not just the basemap) so you wouldn't even be able to run the emanage at all, even if you get the right basemap.
I believe the map sensor mounts differently as well (not relocated like the 00-05 kit, only spaced out with shims).
