Rehile has posted the 2009 activity calendar for 2008

As you can see, the promise was kept with the fall 2 day run being Rehile's IL run.

Now all we need is volunteers for hosting the events and plannign the runs. This is your chance to orginze an event the way you want to do it.

I have already voluteered to hold all of the install days at my location.

Rehile has volunteered for the Fall Run as well as the Holiday party Jolee must have been out of town when that was decided.

The Arkansas Hills run is a moving target as the date has not been finalized as of yet. As soon as it is, calendar changes will be made.

 

I'll take the picnic (and will make sure to bring the buns the first time around this time) if it can be the 11th (the calendar says the 16th but that is the pizza night)!

We are having a small dinner gathering this evening here in Tulsa and I've printed off the Gateway 2009 events schedule for reference. rehile and jimmij, we need to communicate with the KC organizers (Z06-KILLR, CUL8ER and/or LordStanley) about the spring MOM09. As for the fall MOM09, if we have it in Springfield, I don't mind heading up the organization of that. Jerome and I will probably discuss and decide on dates for the two BMTs sometime within the next month or two. I'm open for suggestions tho... on dates for all of the aforementioned events.

Awesome. I think we can get a couple really good multi-forum events/turnouts this coming year

 

i will look forward in next years events. the issue with me is that my schedule now has me working from 830-530 on saturdays. there are rumors that we are going to be getting different hours come spring. if anything changes i wouldnt mind maybe a day run through st clair, washington, union with melissa and i.

 

 

If still available, I'll take and organize the day run in September.
