Advice on washing the S?
Well, today I officially discovered, after being moved in to our new house for five months, that the ONLY hose outlet is in the center REAR of the house
needless to say, I don't have a gargantuan monster 200 ft long hose. I really HATE those DIY preasure wash places because they never seem to do the job, and those brushes are NASTY. I used to take my car(s) to Jack Schmidt in north county, but im not sure my lowered S would fit over the tracks of the wash... and I don't want to risk scratching my wheels. Anyone have any advice?

You could always rig up some type of PVC piping from the rear outlet that runs to the front if you didn't want to deal with a ginormous hose. You could run it along the outer foundation so it would be decently discrete.
i wash mine with a pressure washer and drive 80 on the highway for about 5 miles. But thats a temporary fix. I'd do a pressure wash and bring dry towels with me and dry it for hour or two. CLose and open and close the doors and trunk to get the water out. Thats when its warm tho. When its cold i revert back to pressure wash.

I like the PVC idea.
May work in the summer, but if the PVC is not buried at least 18", the water in it will freeze and cause you additional headaches
