Where has everyone been the last few days???

Tom (Tapout) and I are working on finalizing the May 2nd BBQ. We expect about 40 - 50 people. There are 9 Gateway club members attending. Tom also invited some of his car enthusiaist rounding the number to close to 50. This will be a blast.

Tom will also be posting food arrangments shortly (I hope). We where thinking about making a SAM's run, pick up everthing we need and charging everyone $5 or so to eat.

Hope we don't have crappy weather like we have today.

 

Yeah. I'm here. I've ran out of shit to talk about. But like Mike said. I've have everything arranged and this will be costing us money to organize so please everyone. If you can, atleast show up if you said you were. It's bring your own beer though. Just bring $5 and your car!

Tom- do you post over in the DTM/Teck forum? I saw an S2 that looked like yours with STL as the location and I was wondering if it was yours. I think it is because it was talking about the AKA rally and you said you were going on that. In the pics at the bottom there was also a supercharger on the motor. Is yours boosted?

Yeah that's me. OF COURSE!

But whether or not the S2000 is supercharged.... no. When we did that sig the plans were to have it supercharged for the race, but since then I have had all types of problems come up with the accident (needing a new paint job, paying for the rental car, sold my other car and had no other form of transportation during install) it was just going to be a huge inconvenience.

 

Ya, I didn't think anyone in this area had a SC. I'm going to get one eventually but not for a long time- 1. I don't have the money and 2. I need to learn how to drive this thing in stock for first. It would be a waste being that I don't have the driving skills to even take this to the real limits yet. I'll give it a couple years so I can stay alive till 21..
