Default Broken Lip.......

So has anyone on here ever had anything get broken by Huey's Honda?

AJ and some friends took their cars there for oil changes today.... The guy driving AJ's car
"bounced" it according to one of his friends and broke the lip he just put on it. All they offered is a free oil change! What is up with that? The kid guns the gas and causes it to bounce on the rack causing the lip to crack and they tell AJ it's his fault for not letting them know the car is lowered.
I guess they don't know how a Honda should sit if it's not lowered some!!!

I would speak to a Service Manager and demand for a better resolution. If they can't handle lowered cars, then they shouldn't have accepted to do the work. Plain and simple.

No Sh!t!!! Thats completly unacceptable!! I have never had anything broken by them, but then again I have only taken my mom's accord to them for service a handful of times. I assume you spoke with a manager? to Huey's Honda.

What brand lip was it? Is the lip and paint cost enough to consider small claims court?

Wow, that's just

I hate letting anyone else touch my car - I'm too that they're going to do just that sort of thing

It's unfortunate. If the GM or Service Manager refuse to help, file a complaint with American Honda. Also, if I were you, I would never take any of my vehicles there

I've already called and left a very "right to the Point" message with the GM. And we definitely won't be doing anymore business there. Besides; Napelton is closer!!! A group of his friends wanted to go there. I told 'em if some were still waiting for service to pull their vehicles and leave!!!

Was this Huey's main servicing, or their Express lane?
