That is so sweet!

I saw a pic of those somewhere but never could find info on how to do it.

 

how hard was that to do. i was thinking about doing the same thing but i am not savy when it comes wiring up leds, or wiring anything for that matter.

 

It is really easy. You buy the leds from mcguyver. Carefully separate the windscreen. Do some trimming and gluing. Spend a day wiring and all is done. The screen will cycle thru colors as you drive but I am sure that it is not legal so I have it set at red right now. I might actually drive at night now. I think it is about 50 bucks in parts. Obviously the engraving is more but I can hook you up on that. I also have the taller one like mikes that has the s2000 engraved if anyone is inerested.

 

i like the look of the smaller wind screen. is the engraving a decal or you actually etch the plastic. my blue led license plate is not legal. cop pulled me over after i got it for something else and told me that but i got a warning. i think red white or amber are all legal.

It is etched. I found someone in st charles who has no problem doing it.
