Thanks for the heads-up. Already saw the detour signs for something I needed to do near Fracis Howel. I think they are taking you to D then DD and back to 94 at Definance. The detour may be lifted before we go. It's only in effect for 2 weeks and has been going on since last Monday.

Should be a nice ride either way

HMMMM, this sounds like a annual event. Will check with the Mrs. to see if she can attend, otherwise I ride solo.

94 still closed after the school as of last night. See:

Pretty sure the sign said it was only through the 27th though.

Mary and I will make this ride, weather permitting. Just came down 94 from St. Charles to Hermann and road is open. At Dutzow 94/47 is closed due to flooding but there is an interesting detour via Boone Monument Road into old Marthasville. Other than the Missouri River being at road level in several places the road is fine.

Did the run today as the weather could not have been more perfect. There are still 2 detours (one for construction, one for flooding)on 94 adding about 15 miles to the 1 way trip. Made Hermann in about 1hour 10 min.

Saw a white AP2 on the way there - exchanged waves. Road were suprizing empty being Memorial Day, so I took full advantage of that. Was a fun ride both ways.

Looking forward to next week. I've made reservations for noon so our wait will not be too long. Right now weather forcast for Saturday looking great:

Jun 4 Saturday
A few clouds. Highs in the low 90s and lows in the upper 60s.
