i'm taking an impromptu road trip to st louis for the day, saturday August 7, was wondering if you could suggest some cool places to see besides the arch. maybe places to eat, strip clubs, et al. i saw a bunch of lame things on the tourist website so i figured i'd ask the people on the streets.

any suggestions will greatly be appreciated.

A must fd cheap good food is fast eddies in alton il. It is just 30 minutes north of st louis.

thanks guys! i couldn't get to fast eddies's because my friend was under 21. i loved the cool breeze when i was in town. didn't see any s2000's but i was impressed w/ the area. thanks for the suggestions.

 

under 21, the city museum, the sculpture park right downtown on... market and tucker? is a block away from market and tucker but can't think of the streets right before tucker. ummm. the delmar loop is always fun. delmar and skinker intersection.
