sorry - I grew up in Northeast Iowa. There was ALWAYS plenty of snow from about November to April. There were strange 'sports' that involve snow-covered street, because of that. One was driving a little over speed for which the road conditions allowed - Thanks for doing this on a new (unpopulated) street/subdivision xtremesq/soundqjr! Another was 'ice-skating' on the bumper of an unsuspecting driver. Wore out a pair of good shoes doing that once...
