Default Engine missfire...no codes

Guys,
First some back ground...have owned the car for several months. It's a 2003 with 116,000 all stock to the best of my knowledge. Car was running fine. Decided to check plugs and found #3 plug was not seated and blowby had coked the spark plug tube, the coil pack boot stayed on the plug and the tube seal under the valve cover was toast as well. I installed new stock plugs, 2 new coil packs and new tube seals. I took the car for a drive today and now its missing at idle and low rpm. It seems fine at higher rpms. I've checked the plugs again and all is well. Any advise on what to look for next?
Also, forgive me if I have some wrong terminology, as this is my first Honda and I have no idea what I'm doing!!!

I don't know if I'm smart enough to answer this without having the car. I would suggest posting this in a forum that has the experience and will probably guide you in the right direction. Try posting here

Good luck - sorry I can't help more.

Did you gap the plugs?

I would put the old plugs back in one at a time, then run it,maybe one of the new ones is bad.

Plugs were checked prior to installation. All checked out at .040.
Old plugs are already on their way to the landfill.
Currently waiting on 2 new tube seals I screwed up during install.
I have noticed the underhood cover has been hitting the map sensor, so I'll try the zip tiething before I go any further.
Thanks for the input so far....I do appreciate it!!!!!!!!

Fixed!!!!!!!!! Zip tie on the map sensor did the trick. Runs better than it ever has since I've owned it. Recent smooth, strong and eager. Had an absolute blast driving it today with the top down.
Thanks to all who responded.
