Well.. these bad boys have been laying on the shelf for almost a year now, so it was time to get off my butt and get to work.
After spending a few weekend shaping and fitting the rears to my satisfaction, she finally went into the shop earlier this week. I just got it back a few hours ago and took some pictures while it was pouring so that I could share them with you sooner. No allowed on the picture quality. I'll post up some better ones after detail day.
Once the rears were dry fitted to my satisfaction, I had the body shop do a few additional things for me as well. The center lower rear bumper was also painted and the exhaust rewelded, as the small vibrations it emitted caused both welds to break. Also had the tailpipe shortened by 1" so the muffler tips did not stick out as far anymore.
Here are some before and after pictures. Need opinions good or bad.

I still have a little bit of post-fitting to do to meet my satisfaction. However, the only one that would notice it in the first place is me.
Your S now has a true finished look! All sides and rear match. Without an "up close", only two comments. (hey, this is way less than my wife/family has to put up with...) Your rear-right bumper appears to protrude slightly beyond the edge of your fender. and ...
8Ball - your exhaust note(s) are signature to the area. Did your modifications change any of the sound?
I REALLY like how the natural "line/curve" of the rear bumper is continued into your rear body kit parts. The lowering effect of the kit becomes invisible when matched with the lines of the car. The best picture showing this is your "side angle after" shot.

Nice Job!
It makes a new natrual body line and continues that line through to the sideskirt. I'm really happy with that. Wait till you see in in person.
