ground voltage wires?

Default ground voltage wires?

I was reading somewhere on here one time and heard word of this through a fellow technician at work about there is some voltage kit or some grounding kit that supposibly allows the flow to be better or something... kinda lost to what it exactly is and does... does anybody know what i am talking about?

I just added a Buddy Club Voltage thingy to my car. What I did notice was brighter headlights and brighter dome lights. Living in a rural area, the brighter headlights are worth it.
