I'm really ill.......with the mod bug!
So while the S patiently waits until the roads are better, I decided to buy some parts. KW V3 coilovers, password jdm intake, and a T1R 70R EM Sparrow exhaust with test pipe should be arriving sometime next week.
After that, future mods are header, hard top, a tune and better tires (beginning of summer/fair roads season) and that should be it for a while.

That's more or less what it will sound like. Really excited.

Got a call from Evasive Motorsports today. Apparently they're out of the exhaust I wanted and Type One Racing won't be giving them any more for another 3 or 4 months.
I'm leaning towards waiting for it rather than another exhaust system since I really like the sound and performance of it.

I had the T1R-70EM on my s2000 when I still had it and it was by far the best exhaust I heard on an s2000. The only warning I would give is that the exhaust is quite loud even with the stock cat so make sure to keep ahold of the stock cat just in case you want to turn the volume down.

What year is your nfr ap2? If it's 06+ then the test pipe may cause CEL problems ... MST Engineer's advice re keeping the stock cat, just in case, may be necessary regardless of single or double exhaust & noise levels. (just fyi - not intended as a buzzkill)
What I would do is get the single and keep the stock cat, the sound level is probably close to the dual with test pipe and you don't have to hassle with CEL and smell. The single is also lighter and cheaper. I had the single and I drove it every day with no problems.
