How many miles on her now? When I saw you last weekend you were only at like 500 or sumthin. Let me know hen you can VTEC and we'll do a little "comparison testing" stock vs. pre-boosted
Well that time has come as of this evening. I got about 700 miles on the car up until tonight when I was involved in a roadrage incident that required me to pull upon the car's potential.

I was cruising home on 67 tonight towards Alton Il, when I came apon a car going 40 in a 55. After checking to the oncomming traffic I decided to pass. As I was passing the traffic became dangerously close because unbeknown to me there was a motorcycle hidden in the lights of the other cars, and he was moving quikcly. I barely passed the slow car by the time the motorcycle came by. I resumed my cruising at 63 and next thing I knew there was a motorcycle on my butt. He passed me and slammed on his brakes trying to either make me hit him or get me over to the side of the road. In reaction I slammed on my brakes, and went to the left and passed him. He caught right back up and tried it again.

It was at this point in time I said my blessings and "turned it up" because either this guy was trying to get me to hurt him, or get me to the side of the road to possibly hurt me. The chase led on for about 15 minutes. I was passing cars, and using my brakes to slow down inbetween passes. There were a few times that I hit both 125 and ABS. Once we got to Alton I slowed down because I did not want to kill anyone, and I figured the guy would not try anything in a crowd.

I was wrong.

He got in front of me and slammed on his brakes yet again. I got around him one last time, and stayed in front of him until the final two lights before you get on the interstate. At this stoplight I finnaly ran into a cop. I flashed my lights at the cop and put on my turn signal. Leave it to the cop though not to get the point. Luckly though the motorcyclist got the point, and as he came by me the last time he was yelling that I had run him off the road. I turned left at the next stoplight and that was the end of the adventure.

Holly shit! Thats crazy! Well, I guess she runs good now. What a dushebag - you dont pull stunts like that on a bike. You could have easily "accidentaly" ran into the back of him and sent him flying several cars ahead to his death. What an idiot. The older I get the more I just deal with people and not hold it against them. I'm glad the car is still in one piece.

I used to come up on people at 120+ in my old car coming back form Chicago and they would pull out into the fast lane without judging how fast I was going. I would give them a mean look after they got out of my way, but in reflection I was the one doing dumb shit and if anything had happened I would never be able to forgive myself.
