Default Looking for someone with detail experience

I'm looking for somebody with detailing experience to help me detail my car, giving advice and tips and such. Preferably someone with a rotary and a DA. Just looking for some expert advice on paint correction. I have my own supplies. Hopefully withing St. Louis Area. I'm going to be at Scott AFB, Il for a month.

TIA.

Locally.. That's probably me. Was planning on helping you out next weekend and give you some tips. On black cars, I would recommend and do a full 3 steop process by Clay Bar, Polish, Wax, and re-clear coat the finish. Takes about 2.5-3.0 hours. Have done several Berlinas and got really good results by being able to remove most, if not all swirls. Several that I've helped would include: Smages; rolsinski, SlipAngle79. They'll need to speek for the results.

[QUOTE=SlipAngle79,Feb 19 2008, 12:01 PM]8BALL is a high speed buffer!

Pictures would help. What "correction" needs to be done?

I'm just looking to get swirls and stuff out. I polished the front half today, and I still had a few scratches I couldn't get out, and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Idk, It's been a pretty frustrating day. I've polished my car twice, and had good results, but not the results I'm looking for.

I've got some Sonus SFX-1 SFX-2, And SFX-3, which I've hardly heard about, but its what I first read about, so I went with it. I used some CG's EZ-Creme Glaze today, and some JetSeal109, and they look amazing, but just mostly wanting to get the swirls out... It'd be nice to have a swirl/scratch free car for once.

He had a hand in my car also. It was amazing looking when he finished showing us what to do!!! I had a Berlina also then.

First - 8BALLs the dude for detailing.

But If you were to do the job (alone), the stuff 8BALL recommends is a >>>4 hour job. The best time to give your car a 'real' detail is at an event like you're planning to attend. There will be at least three people dedicated to your car until it's done.

I'm sure you'll be happy with the results, Jaeden09.

Who said anoything about doing it yourself?

Jaeden09 ... come to detail day on the 8th and we will help you out. If you don't come 'cause it's not going to be held in O'Fallon, IL, it's your loss.
