^ yes, i have changed mine out before too. i found a used one for $60 shipped for mine. but if the bushing can be pressed out and reused.... i have a spare CA, it's just the wrong side. on majestic they show the bushing is non serviceable. has anyone swapped bushings before?
There is a Honda/Acura bushing press kit you can buy from Snap-On specifically for these problems, but of course you have to have a Snap-On truck handy, and it's probably going to be a special order item, to boot! >
Either way, after having done the suspension on my personal car about 6 or so times, and doing numerous other suspension swaps on S2000's and Hondas in general, I've never run into an issue with the bushing tearing, only the bolt head snapping off(not on any S2000's, though) So, my question to you is, was there a lot of rust on the suspension parts that was keeping this bolt from coming loose, or could you tell?
Also, in putting these bolts back in, are you using anti-seize on the bolts? This will, of course, prevent this from happening in the future should you need to tear into it again for some reason.

there wasn't any visible rust, it was just stuck as hell. the bolt has been on there for about nine years. it's too late now, but i was gonna grease it up good before reinstalling. someone up there is gonna have to help him or he can wait till he comes back, i have a cutter now.
