Radar Detector.
I've used this for several years. Not near as good as a Valentine 1 or Password 8500, but does the trick, especially if you don't have one.
Branch: Radio Shack
SWS Laser X-K-Ka Superwide
with P-V, City and Mute button
Front and rear detection
Cable already set to be hard wired into the S2K
Here is a link to the owners manual
$20

Interested in a used Head Unit???
I'm upgrading my head until in the next few weeks and will be selling my current Alpine CDA-9827. I've had this HU for around 5 years now and have been quite happy with it. Some features include:
detachable face
silver and blue cosmetics
plays CDs, CD-Rs, and CD-RWs
plays MP3 and Windows Media (WMA) files
displays CD Text, MP3 and WMA titles
MaxTune tuner
12 FM/6 AM presets
Bass Engine (bass center frequency, width, and level, plus treble center frequency and level adjustments)
MediaXpander
XM and SIRIUS Satellite Radio controls
CD changer controls for Alpine Ai-NET changers only
optional auxiliary input
MOSFET internal amp
4-volt front, rear, and subwoofer preamp outputs
MobileHub (allows receiver interface with a Nokia 6310i cell phone)
clock
wireless remote
18 watts RMS/50 peak x 4 channels (CEA-2006 Compliant)
CD frequency response 5-20,000 Hz
CD signal-to-noise ratio 105 dB
FM sensitivity 9.3 dBf
This unit has been disconinuted by Alpine. Looking for $75, but am willing to negotiate. Unit will be available in next couple of weeks.
