Default The new car...

Two S2000's later I made the move to domestic...my first non Honda purchase.

The Viper has always been my dream and the S2000 was always my "obtainable" dream car. It's still surreal to have this beast parked in my garage.

Just doing my part to stimulate the economy!

I was mainly a "lurker" on the site for the past 7 years and got the chance to meet a few of you. I enjoyed all the posts/pictures and will probably still check in every once in a while. I learned a lot and I'll still give a thumbs up when I you all on the road!

Good luck to you all...

MPG = AWFUL. 12 City 20 Hwy. 18 gallon tank I believe.

Insurance, Geico...$94 per month 100k/300k/100k. Full coverage. $500 deductable...no accidents/tickets. 29 years old.

Traded the S in....My reasoning...

-Sales tax is knocked down by close to $1000 by trading in. S was paid off.
-Don't have to wait and have the viper sold before I get it.
-Everyone these days wants a deal...not going to get Blue book on private sale.
KBB trade in....$15,000
KBB Private Sale...$16,500

-Car needed new tires, alignment, and service....let the dealer deal with that.
-Don't have to deal with scammers and tire kickers!
-Don't have to face an angry buyer if something goes wrong with the car

I got the viper $5000 below blue book and 3 year platinum warranty...I feel I made up any minute amount I may have lost by trading in.
