Start reading from here.

Park and ride is a place where people can meet up and car pool for work and events. It is basically a large parking lot on the side of the highway

It's a parking lot used by local long-distance commuters - where co-workers drive to, park, then carpool to work.

Park & Rides are commuter lots where people who car pool meet and leave their cars.

At the intersection of 40 and 94, there are two such lots. One on the east side of 94, one on the west side. We are meeting on the west side.

Hence... 40 to 94, make a right to service road and another right. Go about 1/3 mile the Park & Ride lot will be on your left
