Default NEW here, need an S

I have been a big fan of the s2k for a while now, and due to the excessive rain of late, my previous car has been flooded / totaled. ( see pictures below )

Insurance took care of me and now I'm in the market to buy.
I'm looking to get away with the lowest price possible (aren't we all?)

Anyone know of any fair deals?
Thanks
-Ben

Holy cow... Sorry to hear about the flooding. Where abouts do you live?

This may be a good time to buy an s2k as summer has come to a close. Check the Gateway for sale thread and Craigslist seems to have several on there right now.

Do you know what your looking for besides a good deal? Year or Mileage?

00-02's seem to be fairly cost effective.
something with maybe 50-70k on it.

I live in University City, by The Loop.
Ditto on the time to buy, i'm hoping someone needs garage space this winter

I am heavily considering that car...110,xxx seems alot even for a honda.
would i be better off saving some $ and going with that one, or shelling out more doh for lower miles?

That's terrible!

I'm pushin' 79k in my MY02 and am not worried about the milage at all. It's a Honda!

xtremesq's car needed a little paint work, but looked great otherwise.

It took me 2 months to find/replace my first S. Good luck shopping!
