Default S Turns 1

My S is 1 this week & wants its 12 month svc (to maintain the warranty as much as anything)

Any advice on which dealer I should take it to - Leta is closest, but I've heard support for Napleton...

Unfortunatley, I'm bias on this one... Go to Ed!.

Even though Ed Napleton is more expensive, they do honor their sponsorship agreement with us. Also.. The GM and Service Manager are personal friends of mine. I assure you any 'beef' would be addressed by them.

Don't get me wrong... Frank is also good, but I have not done any business with them and I dont have as good of a relationship with them

What do they look for to confirm we're members of the S2ki Gateway club, & 'worthy' of the sponsorship, or do I just tell 'em Mike sent me?

Really? I've heard good things about Jim (Express Service Manager) and he's been pretty cool with me too.

It was a number of things but mostly that they didn't listen to me & what I wanted done.

All I needed was a VIN verification to register the car in MO, but they ran a full safety inspection & took the car away to wash it despite the fact that I had expressly told them not to.

They might've thought they were being helpful, but what should have taken 5 minutes took 30, & I was in a hurry...

What I did not appreciate was their attitude: smug like they knew better & didn't have to tell me squat as to what they were doing & why, but what I really can't forgive is that they didn't respect my specific instruction!

This was ~10 months ago but it still makes me angry

Of course, YMMV
