Default shift knobs..

any body has some idea about counter sunk shift knobs .... is that better enough than oem ? i mean feel notchness or .... ( maybe shortened throw?? )

what kind of the weight is nice? The weight of the knob assists you in making the shift? so any opinion bout the weight?

any one has some nice shift knobs and feel better? can u tell me the brand..the weight and the $$$ u spent...

thanks...

The point of a counter sunk shift knob is to lower the height a long with giving it a more direct feel. I see a lot of people using the Team Voodoo knob which can be found at Ricks2k. I've also seen quite a few use the ARC titanium knob. Look at The point of a counter sunk shift knob is to lower the height a long with giving it a more direct feel. Do they work on the AP2 with the lock-nut below the shift knob?

I would assume so since the ap1 has a securing locknut below too.

Yup..

Actually, lock nut is not needed, unless you get the shift pattern on the knob. I prefer the plain (brushed) as I was able to crank it down a bit further. Also need to use some temp lock tight to hold it in place since your not using the locking nut

Only looks better if you have a Suzuka/Nurburgring Blue/Blue. Matches the cabin color quite nicely

Maybe, but your bank balance looks much better with the Ricks Aluminium shift-knob than with the ARC Ti - $35 vs $110
