any body has some idea about counter sunk shift knobs .... is that better enough than oem ? i mean feel notchness or .... ( maybe shortened throw?? )

what kind of the weight is nice? The weight of the knob assists you in making the shift? so any opinion bout the weight?

The point of a counter sunk shift knob is to lower the height a long with giving it a more direct feel. I see a lot of people using the Team Voodoo knob which can be found at Ricks2k. Do they work on the AP2 with the lock-nut below the shift knob?

 

I would assume so since the ap1 has a securing locknut below too.

Actually, lock nut is not needed, unless you get the shift pattern on the knob. I prefer the plain (brushed) as I was able to crank it down a bit further. Also need to use some temp lock tight to hold it in place since your not using the locking nut

Only looks better if you have a Suzuka/Nurburgring Blue/Blue. Matches the cabin color quite nicely

 

Maybe, but your bank balance looks much better with the Ricks Aluminium shift-knob than with the ARC Ti - $35 vs $110
