The August date works for me. But September is still up in the air; I have 2 travel dates yet to be fixed & confirmed.

Do we get to meet their S2k tech?

They only have one that I would trust anyway. I'll set something up as well as make arrangements for all that attend to personally meet the:

Sales Managers
Parts Managers
Service Manager
General Manager

Knowing these guys has it's quirks

 

either saturday is good... i can hang out until around 3.. generally have to be at work at 4 on saturdays...

Hi all.. I received confirmation on the date. This event will be held on August 18th. Time TBD (probably from 9:00 - 1:00 or so)

Mark your calendars and repond to this message to confirm that you will be attending on the 18th (even if you have already done so above)

By mid to end of July I will need to get them an accurate car count, so it is important for you to commit and show.

So far activities will be a 1) Car Show 2) Radio Station Van with live spots for our event, some interviews and prizes as well 3) Snow cone/Hot dog vendors 4) Meet the Staff and Management

I'm also going to see if Ed Napleton will be willing to give some prizes like free oil changes, accessories, parts and such

This should be fun. The object of this event is two fold. a) To draw a crown to the dealership b) For us to get to know our sponsor better.

I'm trying to make this a huge turnout so if possible at all,please attend if not for just a couple hours
